We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Support to join the operation team. The Client Support is a critical role that interacts directly with our clients and supports our sales effort.

职位：中英双语客服专员（全职）
工作地点：Houston, TX 

职位简述：
- 熟悉公司产品，包括美国信用卡处理行业
- 聆听客户需求，判断客户所需要的服务，并提供相应的专业解答
- 及时为客户提供相应的信用卡处理解决方案，将客户交谈信息录入管理系统
- 协助客户关于账户风险保障的咨询和要求，包括资金入账和客户赖账问题
- 处理延迟到账或扣款失败的问题
- 协助销售人员处理客户要求，并为销售人员提供售后服务政策
- 为客户和Priority Payment System 或 FirstData 服务中心担当口译，为客户解决入账及终端系统问题
- 处理服务故障及客户投诉，并跟踪解决进度
- 为技术部提供技术支持，并解决客人使用刷卡机时出现的技术问题

职位要求：
- 本科及以上学历
- 口语流利，有出色的沟通和表达能力（此工作需要与美国英语客服有直接交流）
- 具备专业的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
- 勤奋善于学习，工作态度积极，有责任心、细心、耐心
- 抗压能力强，善于沟通，观察力强，善于发现问题、解决问题
- 有客户服务方面经验者优先录用
